  At least every 3rd time i go through the drive thru my order is wrong. I even order it very specifically and repeat myself! I am diabetic and order a medium latte with no sugar...pretty simple...today i got one with vanilla flavour...two days ago i got chocolate sprinkles...i once received whipped cream on top...I will no longer be going to this location and in all likelihood I will no longer be going to any locations!

  One Person on Cash, approximately 5 employees in the back chatting while line up is growing. I appreciate staff who are attentive to a growing line and open the next cash, unfortunately this one had staff looking at the line and continuing to chat.
